Hello my name is Mini....before you go any further, you should know I'm special (needs)  ICARE took me to a very special doctor that thinks I have cerabellar hypoplasia

We believe that I was born sometime around Christmas day 2017.  I weigh in at a mini 1.5 lbs currently. My mom is a long hair chihuahua but I don't look much like her....I have short very soft fur. 



 




I can get around ok and to watch me walk is very heartwarming. I have a very high exaggerated step and a occasional leap. I try really hard to be just like my siblings but it is hard for me keep up sometimes....my determination is inspirational. I love to play with my toys...I can be very spunky and I am the best snuggler ever! I love to be held on you chest and tucked up under your chin. If you think you are as special as I am we would love to talk to you and have you meet me. You will fall in love!
